Jack - Can you save Doncaster from Relagation, If so Can you then Build a team which will withstand the likes of Birmingham , Reading and Wolves, If you accomplish that try and make the prem. More Next week on Jack Franklin - Where should i go

I reccomend plymouth as an enjoyable challenge, and I would be interested to see how other people get on with them and how they go about it.

You only get 2m if you choose the top expectation though I think.

I had a great game with Plymouth, making the treble in my third year!

You have some players you could sell, to raise your budget and start rebulding your team.

Agreed but little of the squad is up to scratch really, and I had some difficulty selling.
Wolves bid 3 or 4m for Timar but he kept rejecting the contract

That's the problem I basically signed a whole new squad without getting rid of enough of the existing one, so there were gelling problems and language bariers. And a lot of angry reserves, still I've learnt some good lessons from it and it's starting to look up now.

was it you who had a story or blog about your plymouth game because I read that,
with a lot of slovenians I think it was?

Really enjoyed my time at Napoli. Budget is around 7 million, but you have Hamsik, who if needed you can sell for 30 million plus. I managed 5th in my firsts season and there for got a place in the Euro Cup.

Newcastle? Not sure of their budget, but squad aint too bad to start with, needs improving for EURO though
