They're also known for their big signings

Now they got Lassana Diarra for £20m who was a Chelsea and Arsenal reject.

Also today i heard them linked with Jermaine Pennant

Who is not even a good player IMO, he cant get a game for liverpool!

Whats going on?

Their after average Premiership players when they could be buying world superstars.

Thoughts?

I started laughing when I heard they were interested in Pennant. I think Diarra will be a good signing even though 20 million may be a bit much

Diarra Is Class.
But I agree Pennant is not up to their standard.
They can have him if they want i think hes rubbish anyway.

Was also rather surprised to see them linked with Pennant, but then I saw my beloved AC Milan being linked with him too and I became very sick. As if David Beckham is not enough. Sorry Beckham fans, if you read this.
