lol well i will trial and error some training for strikers and keep you posted on that cuz they need to have better pace and finishing ... well i will see how it goes ... then tell you if i failed or not ... still 1st but not won a game since torres went injured ... but mutu scored his first goal for me in the champions league but still lost 2-1

unlucky with the results but at least your still top, whose on your cl group.
why don't you look for a paocher or a strong atttacker, your backup doesn't have to be an exact replica of torres try and get a variety so that if torres is struggling you can make a different approach upfront

Been following this thread Leigh sorry to see your having a mini striker crisis. In January i think you should go for Marquinhos if you can afford him. He would be the perfect foil for Torres.

thats not an easy group both schalke and arseille are difficult away from home. you'll be wanting 6 points from cluj and try to make them big wins bacause goal difference might be big in that group. then if you beat cluj twice you only need a win and a draw against marseille and shcalke to qualify. good luck

first game was against cluj and beat the 3-0 which i thought good start no torres ... here we go ... then i faced shcalke and lost 2-1 but i was thinking they lost there first game 2-0 against marseille which i was please which left me on +2 gd and shcalke on -1 which i am happy about so far ... so champions league is going well ... touch wood !!!

and far as league i my last game was city ... got a penalty first 18 mins thought yes here we go kuyt misses (dunno why he took it i had gerrard set for them) and i for got to say torres is back but i didnt start him didnt wanna risk it ... but worse came to worse gerrard got injured in 60th min so i thought lets welcome torres ... and he set up the winning goal in the 94th min and 5 mins was added on by the way ...

i need go shopping for strikers for sure ... see what bargins i can pick up cough cough ... i wanna sell keane cuz he is pointless ... and how much can you get Marquinhos for ???

good luck mate and unlucky with the loss. that scabby win sounds alot like liverppoll actually lol. marquinhos i gor for 12 million, you could try lewandowski. me and tom coopz have started a joint liverpool save and we found you could trade alot of players. we nearly traded aurelio for milevski so try something lkike that if your low on funds

still first by a point only becuase man city love me by winning 3-2 against chelsea =D

take gerrard of rm and out him in the middle,. whilst you have no strikers lpay a 4-4-1-1 maybe and give gerrard maximum creativity and a free role make torres a target man and saet the delivery to 'run onto ball'. this works well with pacy strikers.

try and play quite a narrow formation when you get a full squad, the beleiever adn teh spinacker both siut liverpol well so id recommend downloading them but they both use 2 strikers so you will need to buy a couple more as backup.

me and rooney have started a save as liverppor and these are our finalised transfers. were pleased with what we've done (add santon to that lsit for 1.3 million).


we tried a few tactics and drew our first game vs hull so we changed to rooneys 4-4-1-1 and we have won every game since

i am using kuyt and mutu atm and mutu aint socred for me yet but has 4 assists in 6 games he has started ... and kuyt has missing sitters and is useless as a striker ... i am gonna sell him and by the way babel can go for 18 million and yossi can go for 13 million ... just let you know

right he is quick so i would use a 4-4-1-1 with mutu as a target man and instruct the supply to run onto ball. It works well if you havea world class CAM aka geereard
